Welcome to Othala!

In this quaint village, wizards and creatures of the realm mingle in harmony. As a traveler passing through town, you meet the mayor and help villagers out with scavenger-hunt style missions.

Notes: Hi! This is my FIRST ever game and first game jam!! I know its really short - I'm an illustrator/artist new to game dev and unity. I really love this simple Where's Waldo/DnD inspired concept, and I hope to keep building it out so there's lots of mini quests to partake in.  Please let me know if you have any feedback / ideas!

Awww, what a nice hand-drawn, colorfol game this is. And the music fits perfectly to this whimsical world! I wish there would have been more tasks - great game!

What a good atmosphere!

It was great to see so many different storylines just by looking around the one-picture world.

I want more quests in this world, MEOW!

No-one else has mentioned so I'll put this here; I got the following error message after installing the game on the itch.io app:

Unable to parse Build/OthalaBuild.framework.js.br! This can happen if build compression was enabled but web server hosting the content was misconfigured to not serve the file with HTTP Response Header "Content-Encoding: br" present. Check browser Console and Devtools Network tab to debug.

I'm just using the app so I don't know that I can do anything about this, apologies.

This is an awesome concept. Keep up the work! You are very talented.
